I write and write and write. I am looking for authors and down-to-earth people who share my interest and can give a novice, like myself, good advice in this exciting but demanding field. Looking forward to hearing from you. God Bless!

Runnebaum Christmas in Kansas - Dec. 19th

Boy, I've really got a lot of catching up to do, huh...

We had Greg's side of the Christmas last weekend. It's always such a great time. Everyone gets along so well (even with the family being so large). Greg is the youngest of 15 children. Needless to say, we can't have a get together at anyone's house so we rent out a church hall in a nearby town and hang out there all day. It's great fun. We all bring food and, of course, DRINK and have dinner at noon. Then we open presents. Santa showed up this year and handed out gifts to all the kids. They were so excited! The adults have a mens and womans white elephant gift exchange. Everyone gathers in a circle and picks numbers and then goes around a opens their gift. Of course, you can elect to either open the gift that corresponds to the number you drew or you can choose to take someone else's gift and give them your unwrapped gift. It's a lot of fun. Everyone has a great time hanging out, visiting & catching up, drinking, playing cards and watching kids. Enjoy the pics....

  1. I don't know how you can even keep up with who everyone IS with that many people! How fun though!
